Applications we develop and operate ourselves, maintained in house rather than handed to a third party.
A voice agent that answers business calls, captures the caller's requirements, and schedules appointments. It operates on the organisation's existing phone number, calendar, and CRM, alongside a web chat interface for customers who prefer to write.
A browser extension that assists with messaging on consumer platforms. It reads the conversation in context and proposes replies across seven languages, with configurable tone and intent.

Operating our own software keeps our engineering decisions accountable: we carry the reliability, maintenance, and support burden of everything we release. That experience shapes how we approach every engagement.
The same four stages apply regardless of the product.
We begin with a clearly stated business problem and the outcome it needs to produce, not with a preferred technology.
A narrow first version goes into production early, so the approach is validated against real conditions rather than assumptions.
Observed usage sets the priorities for subsequent releases, and scope is adjusted on the basis of evidence.
We remain responsible for the software in production: monitoring, maintenance, and continued development.
